Return & Exchange Conditions

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• Refund Method: All eligible returns are issued as store credit (e-gift card). 

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, gift receipt, or order confirmation is required for all transactions.

Condition Guidelines

• Books: Must be in unread, pristine, and sellable condition with an unbent spine and crisp pages.

• Gifts, Toys, & Games: Must be unopened, in original packaging, and with all factory seals intact. Apparel and bags must have tags attached and show no signs of wear.

Exclusions 

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

• Clearance, sale, or marked-down merchandise

• Calendars and stationery items

• Greeting cards 

• Special-order items or bulk quantities

Defective or Damaged Items

If you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted book pages, missing game pieces, or broken gift items), please bring it back within 7 days. We will immediately offer a direct replacement or equivalent store credit.
